Why is it necessary to have more than one fragrance? 

Having more than one cologne is something that every man should have. The perfect amount of colognes a man should own is eight fragrances. I advise having two colognes for each station of the year. One way to divide your fragrance wardrobe is to have one for day-ware and one for night-ware. The temperature also affects how a fragrance develops thru wear, apart from our pH level. Having said so, day-ware scents can be fresh and calm, and night-ware scents can be sweet and loud.

Masculin Pluriel by Maison Francis Kurkdjian. A woody aromatic fragrance. This composition does not have a clear scent pyramid; its blend is lavender, vetiver, patchouli, cedar, woody notes, and leather.

Masculin Pluriel is a clean and earthy scent geared to a mature audience from 30 years old and up. It’s perfect for office work and all-day activities during the Spring season, also could work for a date situation. Master perfumer Francis Kurkdjian created Masculin Pluriel and released it in 2014.

One Million Lucky by Paco Rabanne. A woody, fruity scent. The top notes are plum, ozonic notes, grapefruit, and bergamot. The heart notes are hazelnut, honey, cedar, cashmere wood, orange blossom, and jasmine. The base notes are amberwood, patchouli, oakmoss, and vetiver.

One Million Lucky is a sweet and fruity scent geared to an audience from 20 years old and up. It is suitable for nights out, dates, and close encounters during the Spring season. It will fill a room with its sillage, attract attention, and probably earn you some compliments. Perfumer Nathalie Gracia-Cetto created One Million Lucky and released it in 2018.

Light Blue Forever by Dolce & Gabbana. A woody-aquatic fragrance. The top notes are grapefruit and bergamot. The heart notes are an ozonic and violet leaf in the middle. Finally, the base notes are vetiver oil, white musk, and patchouli.

First Instinct Together is a fresh and sweet scent geared to an audience from 18 years old and up. It’s perfect for evenings activities during the Summer season. First Instinct Together was released in 2020.

I consider The One EDP Intense a hidden gem within the D&G house. Perfumer Jean-Christophe Herault created The One EDP Intense and released it in 2020.

Instant Crush by Mancera. An Amber Floral scent. The top notes are saffron, ginger, Sicilian mandarin, and Sicilian bergamot. The heart notes are amberwood, Moroccan rose, Egyptian jasmine, and Indonesian patchouli leaf. The base notes are Madagascar vanilla, sandalwood, white musk, and oakmoss. 

Instant Crush is a fruity and floral scent geared to an audience from 25 years old onwards. Suitable for nights out, dates, and close encounters during the Winter season. It will fill a room with its sillage, attract attention, and probably earn you some compliments. Master perfumer Pierre Montale created Instant Crush and released it in 2019.

Noir Extreme by Tom Ford. An Amber-Woody scent. The top notes are Cardamom, Nutmeg, Saffron, Mandarin Orange, and Neroli. The heart notes are Kulfi, Rose, Mastic, Jasmine, and Orange Blossom in the middle. Finally, the base notes are Vanilla, Amber, Woody Notes, and Sandalwood. 

Noir Extreme is a cozy, almost delicious spicy-amber-vanilla scent gear to an audience from 25 years old and up. Its coffee dessert vibe is perfect for date and intimate encounter situations. Master perfumer Sonia Constant created Noir Extreme and released it in 2015.
